Biblical theology, then, helps us to see the end goal of the biblical narrative—Jesus—as well as how its different parts fit into that one main Christological pathway of Scripture. In the remainder of this book, we will walk through the basics of that kind of reading, first by telling the whole story of the Bible, from Creation to New Creation, and then by noting a number of key structural and thematic ties between the different parts of Scripture.
